    You may argue that why would there be some many Crazy Bulk different exercises for different sections of our stomach if this is not to isolate them. Yes, this is true. There are different trainings but I can tell you that all the muscles will contract together. There are some parts that we will be able to target better with certain exercises but the reality is, every muscle will be trained as well.And I know some of you will definitely want to do more abs exercises so that you can feel the burn on the stomach but your goal should be to work as many muscle fibers as possible. And this means changing the traditional methods of training.

    Lets take for example you have always thought that you should be doing ab crunches on the floor right? How about lying on a stability exercise ball and doing the ab crunches. I can bet you are really going to see much faster results than doing it on the floor.Can you, or should you train practically everyday? Kettlebell enthusiasts say, yes. But I'm always concerned about over training. I've experienced extreme burn out before, and it's not pretty.Keep in mind that the more you train the more you will have to eat and sleep. It's really as simple as that. So, if you have lots of time on your hands and want to train a lot, then great.
